Founded on the belief that every child deserves access to opportunity, care, and dignity, our organization works to bridge the gap between poverty and potential through sustainable development initiatives.

Our mission is to create lasting impact through programs focused on education support, healthcare access, advocacy, and community development. We believe that sustainable change begins at the grassroots by empowering individuals and communities to rise above poverty, inequality, and neglect. Through partnerships, volunteer initiatives, and donor support, HovaHope Africa continues to transform lives by providing school supplies, healthcare assistance, clean water, and skills training for families and youth. At HovaHope Africa, we don’t just give aid we build hope. We are driven by love, guided by purpose, and committed to creating a continent where every child can dream, grow, and succeed.

Mr. Frank Korsi Gli
Executive Director of HovaHope AfricaHe is the Executive Director of HovaHope Africa, providing strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s programs in education, health, rural development, and advocacy for children’s rights.
He holds an HND in Purchasing and Supply from Takoradi Polytechnic (now Takoradi Technical University), Ghana. With over a decade of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, Mr. Gli brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to community transformation.
Before joining HovaHope Africa, Mr. Gli served as Executive Director of Holy Heart Foundation for ten (10) years, where he led numerous impactful community-based initiatives and strengthened partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
In 2025, he assumed the role of Executive Director of HovaHope Africa. In this capacity, he oversees organizational operations, strategic planning, program implementation, and resource mobilization. He is passionate about improving the lives of underprivileged children and promoting sustainable development in rural communities.
Mr. Gli is recognized for his visionary leadership, integrity, and dedication to creating lasting social change in Ghana and beyond.
Esther Gli
SECRETARYEsther Gli is currently pursuing a degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Ghana. She has worked with Holy Heart Foundation for the past four years, gaining valuable experience in administrative duties and financial management. Esther brings dedication, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to supporting the organization’s goals.
Isaac Amoah
Board ChairmanHe holds a Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies, Ghana. He is an accomplished leader who chairs several companies in Ghana. With his strong business acumen and strategic vision, Isaac provides effective leadership and governance to support organizational growth and impact.
Diana Adjah
Public Health CoordinatorShe is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse and 13 years as a Registered Nurse Practitioner with the Ghana Health Service. Currently serving as an Oncology Nurse Specialist, she brings exceptional clinical expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing public health. In her role as Public Health Coordinator at Hovahope Africa, Diana is dedicated to improving health outcomes through evidence-based care, community health initiatives, and capacity-building programs that strengthen healthcare delivery and empower communities across Africa.
Mr. Fred Davis
Programs Coordinator of HovaHope AfricaHe serves as the Programs Coordinator of HovaHope Africa, playing a key role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the organization’s programs in education, health, rural development, and children’s rights advocacy.
He holds a degree in Project Management from the University of Liberia. Mr. Davis has worked with numerous NGOs in Liberia over several decades, gaining extensive experience in project planning, implementation, and community engagement.
In 2025, he joined HovaHope Africa as Programs Coordinator, bringing with him a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership in program development. His work focuses on ensuring that organizational initiatives are effectively designed, well-coordinated, and impactful in the communities they serve.
Mr. Davis is passionate about sustainable development and is committed to helping HovaHope Africa achieve its mission of empowering rural communities through education, health, and advocacy.
